Synopsis
New Orleans cops Andre and R.J., partners for 17 years and in danger of being suspended for their recklessness, are enlisted by the F.B.I. to track down a Cuban terrorist who plans on poisoning the Big Easy's water supply, gaining access through the World's Fair.
