Synopsis
Lyrical evocation of passages from the diary of Ashbel Green Simonton who, in 1859, arrived in Brazil with the purpose of dividing his faith amidst anguish, doubt and nostalgia for the lost unity, laying the foundations of Presbyterianism in the country.
